Quai des Grands Augustins

Interior design by Olivier Lempereur
Stylism and decoration by Hélène Guillon

A very discreet entrance, a flight of stairs that leads to an interior courtyard, a tiny elevator that arrives in this apartment where the charm and astonishment operate immediately.

Real haven of peace on the banks of the Seine, practically opposite Notre Dame, this triplex bordered with magnificent terraces aspires to serenity and peace in the heart of Paris. From a very complicated apartment, divided into different units on several condominiums, the interior designer managed to make the circulations flow by imagining the perfect plan.

The staircase drawn like a sculpture is the true backbone of this place, its ideal location allows spaces to mix with a real pleasure and ease of living. On three floors, this place of life with a discreet and elegant charm is a reflection of the passions of the owners, the primitive arts and the comics rub shoulders with magic thanks to an imagined hanging of the genesis of the project.

The views, the outdoor spaces give the place an unsuspected magic thanks to the creation of large openings made in consultation with the Buildings of France, which is more incredible than indoor spaces extended on the outside.
